Roommate Fair Share Calculator

Enter the total monthly rent.

Each roommate gets a value number. These values control how rent is split.

Use these values:

• 1.2 – 1.4 = larger bedroom or private bathroom

• 1.0 = standard bedroom (equal split)

• 0.8 – 0.9 = smaller or less desirable bedroom

Higher values pay more rent. Lower values pay less rent.
