About Amber Ashley

I’ve lived in the greater Atlanta area for over 20 years and have seen firsthand how quickly neighborhoods change, how uneven online listings can be, and how often “available” does not mean viable. That local familiarity isn’t anecdotal — it’s operational. It informs how placement decisions are narrowed, verified, and executed.

Before becoming a licensed real estate agent, my professional background was in supply chain, operations, and management. That work required coordinating multiple inputs, validating information in real time, and reducing friction across complex systems. That background directly shaped how Apartment Deal Hub operates today: structured, time-aware, and designed to remove unnecessary labor from the placement process.

I didn’t enter real estate to sell homes. I became licensed because apartment placement requires accountability, access, and proper representation to be executed correctly. Licensing formalized work I had already been doing for years and made it possible to operate with professional access rather than assumptions or automated feeds.

Apartment Deal Hub was built out of repeated exposure to the same failure points in apartment searching — fragmented information, misleading availability, wasted tours, and decisions made without context.

Planning is the first step.
Placement is the next.

All apartment placements through ADH are conducted by Amber Ashley, founder of Apartment Deal Hub and a licensed real estate agent operating under Relive Realty.

Apartment Deal Hub exists as a system — not a concierge service — because apartment searching doesn’t fail due to lack of listings. It fails due to lack of structure, verification, and execution. ADH was designed to replace that chaos with a controlled placement process.
