About Amber Ashley
For most of my adult life, I’ve been the person friends and family turned to when they needed help finding an apartment in the Atlanta area—long before I ever held a real estate license.
I’ve lived in the greater Atlanta area for over 20 years, and during that time I’ve helped people navigate moves across the city and its surrounding suburbs, from central neighborhoods to outlying communities that don’t always make it into online searches. I’ve seen how quickly Atlanta changes, how different one neighborhood can feel from the next, and how misleading “available” listings can be if you don’t know what to look for.
Before becoming a licensed real estate agent, my professional background was in supply chain, management, and customer service—fields that require precision, coordination, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing sight of the person on the other end of the process. That experience strongly shaped how I approach apartment locating today: structured, organized, and focused on minimizing friction and wasted time.
That background is also what ultimately led me to formalize the work I had already been doing for years.
I didn’t enter real estate because I wanted to sell homes—I entered it because I had already spent years helping people avoid bad apartment decisions, wasted tours, and frustrating leasing experiences. Becoming licensed gave me the ability to represent renters properly, operate with professional access, and bring accountability to a process that is often unnecessarily chaotic.
Today, I work under Relive Realty, which supports my renter-focused, service-driven approach. My background isn’t rooted in quick transactions or sales—it’s rooted in structure, systems, anticipating problems, helping people make informed decisions, and understanding how people actually live once the lease is signed.
Over the years, I’ve helped renters:
Relocate within Atlanta and the surrounding metro
Compare neighborhoods realistically—not just by photos
Avoid listings that look good online but don’t match their needs
Navigate tight timelines, special requirements, and complex situations
What clients often tell me is that working with me feels calm, organized, and transparent. I don’t rush decisions, and I don’t oversell options. My goal has always been the same: help people land somewhere that actually works for their life—not just somewhere that’s available.
Apartment Deal Hub exists because of that history. It’s the result of years of hands-on experience, local knowledge, and a belief that renters deserve clear guidance just as much as buyers do.
